Raquel Gloden, MA, BS

Raquel Gloden is the founder of New Day Life Coaching, LLC. Raquel believes that each day begins anew, and that the best step to take is the one we take forward. Raquel's passion is helping Brain Injury Survivors, teens, and anyone who is ready and willing to move forward, take that step and develop the path to keep going in the direction they want to go.

Raquel has dedicated her life to public service, beginning her professional career at the age of 21 in the field of probation supervision, moving into the field of education, and then into the field of behavioral health therapy. Raquel has many years experience working with a diverse population of all ages. Raquel has coached various youth sports throughout her teen and adult life, including at the junior high and varsity high school level, competitive club level, and at the various aged independent skills development levels. 

Raquel holds a bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, and a Master's Degree in Sports Management with an Administration Emphasis from American Public University, graduating with distinction. Raquel also has a Sexual Health Certification from Indiana University, and is an State of Arizona Certified Educator. Raquel holds a Certificate from the International Organization of Professional Life Coaches.

Raquel specializes in brain injury survivor coaching and caretaker support, child and teen coaching, career and college coaching, and general life coaching.

Crystal Hillman, BS

Crystal holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.

Crystal specializes in relationship coaching including marriage, divorce, family, and platonic relationships. Crystal also provides consulting and mentoring services for divorce clients.
